All of our puppies come from reputable, reliable, and loving breeders. We NEVER do business with puppy mills.
Your puppy is being fed a combination of wet food and dry food. We offer several healthy puppy food brands to your puppy and they decide what type of food they like best. The brand of puppy food your puppy is eating at the time of its adoption will be listed on your paperwork so that you can continue with the same diet. Your puppy will also come with a starter kit of food that will last you for about a week.
We price our puppies based on a variety of factors including: size, breed exquisiteness, rare coat coloring, coat quality, purebred status, designer cross status, market demand, and availability.
Puppies are very adaptable, however there are some considerations you should take into account if your household has other pets or young children. Young puppies and toy breeds must be handled delicately and should not be allowed to become exhausted during the first 20 weeks of life. The puppy should be allowed to take frequent rest breaks even if the puppy does not seem tired. If anyone in the family is allergic to pet dander, a hypo-allergenic dog is a great option; consult with our puppy ambassadors for assistance in picking the best puppy for your situation.
We are a family owned business with four locations in California and three locations in Utah with over 30 years of experience in the business of connecting puppies with loving families.. Our office is located in St. George, Utah where we handle all of our customer phone calls, emails, marketing, and customer service concerns. Before purchasing the puppy we can offer up to date videos, pictures, and even a live feed of your puppy from the location of your puppy. We hope that this gives you confidence that we are real people who love puppies and love connecting our puppies with new families.
Give them fresh food and water and a safe, quiet and comfortable location to rest. Make sure to feed your puppy following the precise instructions that are in your welcome packet. The trip home can be tiring and overstimulating for your puppy so make sure to allow them time to get some extra sleep. You can cover their kennel with a towel or blanket leaving the front of the kennel open to provide them with a safe and warm space. Remember, some puppies must be fed every 2-3 hours even through the night for the first 2 weeks. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Yes, we have a real time puppy tracking system that updates our website as soon as a puppy is ready for a new home. When the puppy is adopted the puppy is removed from the website. If you see a puppy you love- don’t delay! Consider joining our puppy email list to see the new puppies looking for a new home.
Yes, although we do our very best to take a great photo of each puppy that captures their personality, sometimes they don’t like to cooperate. If you’d like to see the puppy in real time, we can arrange a private and live video cam puppy meeting and presentation for a nominal fee of $25. Please call us for more details.
We can provide a standard weight range in pounds for your puppy’s breed but we do not guarantee an exact size and weight of any puppy. Our breeders closely follow breed standards and so you puppy should grow to a reasonable adult breed standard weight.
The term “teacup puppy or micropuppy” is typically a marketing term and used to describe a very small puppy or are possibly the runt of the litter. These puppies can sometimes be unhealthy and have more health complications. Simply stated, if you purchase a small toy breed you will have a small toy breed dog. Overseas puppy sellers are notorious for selling teacup puppies who are either sick, runts or both. We have heard numerous complaints of customers being deceived into thinking they were purchasing a teacup puppy and ended up paying thousands of dollars for what ended up being a standard size dog. We provide you with the most accurate information from reliable breeders and an American Kennel Club Registration or Partners Registration when available.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not currently accept holds on our puppies.
A designer cross puppy is a cross between two different purebred dogs. For example, one of our top selling puppies is a Morkie. The Morkie is a designer cross that is a combination of purebred Yorkshire Terrier “Yorkie” and a purebred Maltese. This combination results in a cute button nose, beady eyed, doll faced teddy bear type puppy that is hard to resist. Also the Yorkie breed and Maltese breeds are both hypoallergenic making the Morkie a wonderful well-tempered puppy that everyone can love. Other designer puppies can be found on our puppies for sale page. If you have any questions about any particular breed we’re here to help -just give us a call.
All of our puppies are up to date on vaccines in accordance with their age We ask that you do not give any more vaccines until 10-14 days from last vaccine given. The vaccine record will show all the shots and deworming treatments your puppy has received. Please take your medical records to your veterinarian on your first required vet visit so that they have all of your puppy’s medical records and can appropriately recommend treatment.
Yes! You should be concerned and should take your puppy to the vet immediately! The faster you get to the vet the faster you can hopefully prevent the complications pneumonia. Remember you puppy is only weeks old and does not have a fully developed immune system. Your puppy has likely been recently vaccinated, and has had lots of stress after traveling and being introduced to their new exciting home, friends and surroundings. If you ignore the symptoms, the puppy could develop pneumonia within just a few days. Don’t delay and nip that cold in the bud by visiting the vet as soon as possible!

Because we are a nationwide company with customers all over the United States, we don’t recommend any specific veterinary practices. We do recommend avoiding retail for-profit vet practices. Although they may have good doctors, it is our opinion that their pricing is considerably higher than the industry standard. Finding a local reputable practice is usually the best bet.
Yes, they sure are. We do not “broker” puppies like some other online competitors do. We physically vet check and health certify every puppy to ensure you’re getting the absolute best and healthiest puppy possible.

Please look inside the envelope attached to your puppy’s kennel for all feeding instructions. It is imperative that you feed your puppy right away. If your puppy does not want to eat you must treat them like a baby and force feed them with the included syringes and wet puppy food. Remember your puppy is a baby and if left to itself he sometimes will not eat. You must provide round the clock feeding every 2-3 hours (even at night) for the next two weeks. Don’t worry, it’s not forever. Frequent feeding is needed only while your puppy outgrows that 2-4 week infantile stage. You got this!
